Looking to fill a Die Casting Manager Job.
(Die Casting Lead Person / Die Casting Foreman / Die Casting Manager)

Priorities:
1. Make sure we ship good quality die casting parts on time.
2. Make sure people work safely & efficiently and get training for die casting operator, secondary, and lean manufacturing..
3. Make sure we have running equipment and the people we need for the job.

Areas of Responsibility,

(Job description and duties include but are not limited to the following):

• Efficient Lean Production for “On Time Delivery”.
• Production Uptime.
• Plant Cleanliness and Equipment Maintenance Control.
• Tooling Status for production and repair.
• Training for Employee Safety and Production Topics.
• Availability to come when necessary.
• ISO Compliance and Certification.
• People Needs and Supervision.

Skills needed for Job:

• Must understand die casting machines and
• Must understand die casting tooling.
• Must understand die casting process.
• Must understand how to process die cast parts to a finished machined parts.
• Should know how to use flow to process parts.
• Honesty, and Self Starter,
• 10 or more years die casting production experience.
• Personnel management skills.
• Production control skills.
• Problem solving skills.
• Good organizational skills.
• California Drivers license.
• Speak, read and write English also some Spanish helpful.
• Knowledge of “Lean Manufacturing”, JIT, 5S’s and Kaizen,
• Some understanding of ISO and AS9100.
  

  Working hours: 6:00 AM to 4:30 PM (10 hour days)
  Monday through Thursday (4 days a week with 3 days off)
